NOVA FRESH KITCHEN in Florida

"Using the word fresh is the name of the establishment adding extra pressure to expectations. But this small footprint restaurant was up to the challenge. Our visit was greeted with a caring staff and food that offered some fresh flavors. I tackled the Norwegian Benedict with a generous portion of salmon and my partner enjoyed the balanced flavors of the beet salad. Presentation can add a lot to a simple meal as well like my dish was carefully laid out (see photo) with a beautiful flower incorporation for balance. There are lots of vegetarian options and specialty drinks that warrant another visit."

"If you want fresh, healthy food that still tastes indulgent, Nova Fresh Kitchen is it. This spot seriously nails that “fast-casual but actually good” vibe, and everything we ordered tasted like it was made with real care (not just thrown together). What we tried: • Short Rib Beef (bowls/platters): super tender and flavorful, and the combo with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and creamy goat-cheese mashed potatoes was so satisfying.  • Roasted Herb Chicken (bowls/platters): honestly one of the juiciest chicken dishes I’ve had in a while. It comes with jasmine rice, romaine, avocado, bell pepper, pickled onions, goat cheese, and herb vinaigrette, and it somehow tastes both light and filling at the same time.  • Maine Lobster Bisque: rich, cozy, and perfect if you want something warm and comforting (but still feels “nice”).  • Eggs Benedict classic done right—fresh eggs, hollandaise, and it even comes with a side salad with lemon vinaigrette, which makes it feel a little less heavy.  • Sea Bowl (no rice): I loved that they were totally fine with customizing it. Even without the rice it was still flavorful and filling, and it kept that clean, fresh taste the place is known for.  Also, the menu is stacked with breakfast + lunch/dinner options (bowls, wraps, smoothies), so it’s the kind of place you can come back to a bunch of times and not get bored.  If you’re in Boca Raton and want something fresh that doesn’t taste “healthy in a sad way,” this is a must."

"The food is delicious and the service is attentive and friendly. My friend and I both had sandwiches on homemade sourdough bread, which was amazing. They have a wide selection of baked goods also. We sat outside on the patio and it was comfortable. We brought our two dogs as well. Highly recommend."

"If I could mark down 15 stars out of 5 i surely would! You’re not gonna find another restaurant out there that is as clean and as delicious as this one! john and Rebecca are doing a great job. They’re very hospitable. We felt very welcome when we came here. Now for the food….. absolutely immaculate! We started with a chocolate croissant which was perfectly buttery and flaky next I had the short rib with the mashed potatoes and side salad, all of it it melted in my mouth! My girlfriend got the chicken pesto sandwich and the chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the pesto tasted very fresh. If you haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying the cuisine at this fine establishment then do yourself a favor and GET HERE!! The best part of all is all of the food is HEALTHY!!!"

"This is a beautiful cafe serving absolutely delicious food! We had the avocado toast with an over easy egg—you could tell the ingredients were high quality and fresh, and the egg was cooked to perfection. The mango/passionfruit refresher was perfect for cooling down in the heat! And the service was impeccable. We enjoyed sitting on the tastefully-decorated terrace. We’ll be back!"

"Beautiful restaurant with elegant and tasteful ambiance. I can truly say that everything here is beautifully thought out from the decor and garden aesthetics to the food which was bursting with flavor. I loved outdoor seating and all of the flowers around the table, the orchid on the plate was a nice touch! We ordered eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and it was amazing. We will be back again and recommend this place to friends, thank you!"
